Alley Fine Art / Framing is pleased to make its unique gallery space available to the community for special occasions. Our special event rental program supports arts as well as community awareness of the arts.

Our venue is perfect for intimate to mid-sized receptions, weddings, business meetings, banquets, parties, or groups, up to 150. Alley Fine Art / Framing facilities are available for rent any day of the week.

Our gallery can accommodate:

1-90 Classroom style

1-64 Rounds of 8 for Dining

1-150 Cocktails

For special events, parties and receptions:

     * $400 for 4 hour block of time, minimum

     * $100 Non-Refundable security deposit payable with

        signed agreement

Alley Fine Art / Framing requires a minimum of a four-hour block of time for any event, party, reception, large meeting (over 50 people), or any other use of entire facility requiring the closing of 

Alley Fine Art / Framing to the general public.

For small meetings and artistic purposes:

For rental needs other than parties, receptions or events, Alley Fine Art / Framing spaces are available on an hourly basis at a rate of $100.00 per hour.

An hourly rate is limited to functions that require no set-up/clean-up by Alley Fine Art / Framing, will be for less than 50 people, does not include any food/beverages supplied by Alley Fine Art / Framing.

Optional:

     * Additional hours available for purchase:

     * Event-specific setup - $50.00. Required if event requires

        re-arranging of any Gallery fixtures and furniture

        (chairs, panels, desk)

     * 8' tables, cocktail rounds and folding chairs available

        for additional charge

Rental includes:

     * Use of Alley Fine Art / Framing stereo system/CD player,

        microphone, stand and mixer

     * Use of two easels for event signage

     * Alley Fine Art / Framing staff on site during the event in an

       advisory capacity and to secure building after the function

     * Use of vacuum and cleaning equipment, trash cans and liners

Rental does not include:

     * Catering, food, or beverages

     * Table linens, glassware, silverware or flatware

     * Removal/movement of any artwork or displays

        on exhibit at time of event

     * Security personnel

     * Event-specific permits

Catering

Alley Fine Art / Framing has a preferred caterer who is familiar with our facility a will be happy to assist you in creating a unique and memorable occasion. All caterers are required to sign a Catering Agreement/Release, two weeks prior to the function date.
